I'm upgrading the electrical service in my Minneapolis home from 60 amp to 200 amp. The service entrance, from weatherhead to the main panel, is installed. The next step is grounding the system. The 2005 NEC is unavailable in my library and I can't find a Minnesota Code resource

I have been having difficulty obtaining a glass fuse 5mmx20mm for a US DVD player I own. It is rated at 2amps and 125volts. I can only seem to find this particular size of fuse in 2amp 250volt. Can I use this safely? Why is ther a voltage rating as well as amperes? Thanks in

He is a question I've been pondering over for a while. Consider connecting a 3PH 200V 400Hz 60KVA aircraft power unit to a load bank for testing. The inputs to the load bank is 3ph +N (no earth wire, Inputs to aircraft do not have an earth)

Hey all :) I have a stepper motor here off of what I am told was a coke machine. The person offering me the motor suggests it is possibly a 120V motor but looking at other motors in the range I suspect different.

We have an MCC that we are having problems with a number of relay coils failing - eight failures in the last week. The relays that are failing are the 4 Pole 3 Amp 14 Pin plug in relays. Coil voltages of the failing relays are 110 VAC and 24 VDC. The coils are showing

I have a 17 inch flat panel Envsion monitor. When powered up, it works fine, then after about 1 second the display is so dim, it's almost off. Has anyone seen this problem before??? Thanks
