Has anyone on this forum taken a course from the "Cleveland Institute of
Electronics" (CIE), and if so, what is your opinion of the school? Is it
worth the money?

Position Sensor 2 D07 Jul 2008 17:35 GMT1
I am working on a design requiring synchonization of two tool pieces
with a variable thickness membrane between them.  I want to be able to

I have three ADAM modules from Advantech that I never used and I want to

do trade-ins. I'm about to place them in eBay but before ...

copier charge serial codes?07 Jul 2008 05:15 GMT3
I've been refurbing a fancy copy machine controller.
Since I paid $13 for it and it had $65 cash in it, the project seems to
be off to a fairly good start. The main problem seemed to be a broken
crimp lead on the power supply connector.

I believe it was JosephKK who promised to post source code for
NewsProxy??
Could you do that?  I'll pass it on to my son, who I'm sure can
modernize it and fix the crash mechanism.

Anyone from Iowa lurking here?06 Jul 2008 17:06 GMT69
Anyone from Iowa lurking here?
I'm puzzled by the flooding in Iowa.
I grew up in Huntington, West Virginia, which was extensively flooded
in the late 1930's (Ohio River).
first blackberries of the season06 Jul 2008 16:37 GMT9
We scored a couple of cups in a lane nearby, so I made a pie. Mo calls
it "Pie Descending a Staircase."

Point-to-Point Network06 Jul 2008 08:02 GMT-
Just like internet web-servers, our mobile hand-sets can act as host

decide the size of the personal web-site. The pages can be in "html"
format as usual. The communication software installed on hand-sets
MRI Machines06 Jul 2008 02:28 GMT56
Well I spent a half hour of my life under the magnet of an "open" MRI
machine yesterday. Still a bit claustrophobic. While I sort of
understand the theory of the MRI, what I don't understand is what
