I figured someone here would know this.
I'm looking for the NPN complements to the BCV62C. The BCV62C is a
dual PNP with an internal base to base to collector connection, for
current mirrors (SOT143).

I need a simple/cheap method of detecting current ( battery charging). Max
current is 500mA. All it has to do is turn on an led if battery is charging.

not been selected.  I am trying to educate myself before hand.
What are common values for through hole pin pitch, finer than 0.1"

I'm looking for a schematic for a square wave oscillator which draws
around 10uA, powered by 2 to 5V and oscillates at around 100kHz with a
50% duty cycle. I tried out some schematics around a 4007 but none can
meet all the requirements.

Im looking for sub-5mm diameter ultrasonic transducers preferably in
