| NPN complements to the BCV62C (current mirror)? | 10 Jul 2008 21:23 GMT | - |
I figured someone here would know this. I'm looking for the NPN complements to the BCV62C. The BCV62C is a dual PNP with an internal base to base to collector connection, for current mirrors (SOT143).

| How to add a two way switch to this circuit? | 10 Jul 2008 20:59 GMT | 4 |
Please have a look at the circuit at: http://www.glacialwanderer.com/_blog/blog2008/04_April/hb_relay5.jpg. It is from the article at http://www.glacialwanderer.com/hobbyrobotics/?p=9. The circuit it to turn on or off a AC bulb by a microcontroller. My

| looking for a picture of CRT EHT arcing | 10 Jul 2008 19:32 GMT | 5 |
I was hoping to find a picture on google images that showed how long a spark you can get from the final anode of a crt, ie 25kv mainly to point how dangerous it potentially is, particularly when trying to discharge it.

| Optical Sensor (different from the 2-d sensor) | 10 Jul 2008 18:08 GMT | 15 |
Hi again. I am looking for an optical sensor, probably LED based, maybe laser diode, that can be mounted on a thin PCB. It needs to be fairly small. I am designing a small retroreflective system from inside a slot machined into a molding with a piece of reflective tape

| Question about calculating power factor... | 10 Jul 2008 17:28 GMT | 17 |
Let's say I start with 120VAC and 2A, both RMS. If I generate samples for one cycle @ 60hz, I will have voltage samples raning from -169.7V to 169.7V, and current samples from -2.83A to 2.83A. Let's say I then make the current lag behind the voltage by 45 degrees, and I ...

| help with low cost current detector | 10 Jul 2008 13:05 GMT | 9 |
I need a simple/cheap method of detecting current ( battery charging). Max current is 500mA. All it has to do is turn on an led if battery is charging. I did try just a simple resistor + transistor, but it gets too hot. Looked at maxim high side current detectors but uses ...

| LCD pin pitch ? | 10 Jul 2008 11:37 GMT | 3 |
I am working a a project that will probably use a custom LCD with through hole pins. An LCD house has not been selected. I am trying to educate myself before hand. What are common values for through hole pin pitch, finer than 0.1" Thanks

| micro power square wave oscillator | 09 Jul 2008 22:28 GMT | 132 |
I'm looking for a schematic for a square wave oscillator which draws around 10uA, powered by 2 to 5V and oscillates at around 100kHz with a 50% duty cycle. I tried out some schematics around a 4007 but none can meet all the requirements.

| NXP pulling out of the discrete through hole market? | 09 Jul 2008 21:35 GMT | - |
The latest PCN from NXP I have received lists another obsolescence of a myriad of standard small discrete through-hole semi's and suggests SMT parts as their suggested replacement. Are NXP pulling out of the small discrete through-hole semi market ?
