I'm looking for suggestions. I have a 15.625 KHz analog video signal
which I need to double so it can be displayed on a VGA monitor.
Anyone here know the best (or easiest) approach to achieve this?

Can anyone recommend a good book on automotive electronics? Covering
parts, quality issues, designs etc?

Id like to convert six 3.3v level signals to 28v signals.   Very low
current.
I've found some ICs, but they only convert 1 signal each and they
internally generate the 28V.
