| Math expr. complex signals | 19 Aug 2007 18:40 GMT | 8 |
I have been using a GUI audio editing program to generate repetitive AM and FM signals of varying complexity, eg. simultaneous AM and FM with defined deviation, voltage levels, gating intervals, etc. I am finding the audio bandwidth a bit limited for my application and

| DDR2 Vdd and signal levels... | 19 Aug 2007 10:39 GMT | 1 |
Ok, I thought assembling a PC from parts was a nobrainer. Pick what you want, assemble and it should work. Standards are there to that purpose. Well, no quite. I just got caught with DDR2 rams.

| Free Data Books | 19 Aug 2007 02:31 GMT | 2 |
I have some old printed analog IC data books that are headed for the trash. I hate to do it, because there's a lot of good stuff in there, but they're just not very useful to me anymore. And I need the space.

| High voltage, large bandwidth instrumentation amplifier | 19 Aug 2007 00:17 GMT | 8 |
I did a project several years ago where I needed an instrumentation amplifier that had these basic characteristics: - DC to 10MHz (-3dB) bandwidth - Common-mode input max of +-200V with respect to earth

| DSP freq multiplier | 18 Aug 2007 22:57 GMT | 14 |
Can anyone tell me if there is a DSP or other method for shifting a recorded (not real time) _complex_ audio waveform upward in frequency by a factor of 10 or 100x? IOW to compress the time domain of an audio signal, such as voice or

| Stoplamps Wiring | 18 Aug 2007 20:34 GMT | 2 |
I tried asking this question in sci.electronics.basics with no luck. Maybe someone can help me understand my wiring diagram for a truck's stoplamps. Here are the posts so far. Thanks.

| Video overlay generator | 18 Aug 2007 20:19 GMT | 23 |
Im starting a design process for a utility that needs to implement a video overlay generator. Previously we've been using the "classic" STV5730-chip for text-overlay but since this IC is quite outdated and hard to get hands on we've decided to implement our own overlay

| Strange SMD resistors code | 18 Aug 2007 16:24 GMT | 7 |
Looking at a mobo, trying to reverse some bit of it, I just notices that the resistors values aren't noted following the ordinary 3 or 4 figures code, but rather 2 figures and one letter, like 93A, 30C, 01C, 07B... A quick search didn't show anything.
