| HSPICE level 49 model in LTSPICE | 01 Oct 2005 00:14 GMT | 7 |
HI, I have a level 49 MOSFET model for HSPICE and I want to use it i LSPICE. How I do it, step by step? I mean I'm new in LTSPICE and I've n idea how to modify mos parameters. Thank you very much, this is the model T2AL SPICE BSIM3 VERSION 3.1 PARAMETERS

| LED bar graph | 30 Sep 2005 22:31 GMT | 5 |
Alright, I have been trying for the past couple of months to create this LED bar graph--the premise for the circuit was this: when the circuit was turned on, it would light up a 2x5 matrix of LED's in sequence, where after about 4 seconds, all of the LED's would be lit.

| LM386 / Negative feedback. | 30 Sep 2005 16:18 GMT | 3 |
Finally, I decide to use LM386 for my audio amplifier, I think it is cheap and enough, am I right? One thing I not very understand is: why some circuits of application note has no nagetive feedback? and it

| Low voltage AC ( Schmidt hub ) to constant current ( luxeon star ) | 30 Sep 2005 12:57 GMT | 14 |
I have a schmidt hub generator and I would like to use it to power a 3W Luxeon Star, if possible two of them. The Schmidt hub generator is a AC generator that is built into the centre of a front bicycle wheel. As the bike moves power is made. It

| PWM versus codec | 30 Sep 2005 11:50 GMT | 5 |
Im starting a new design. Typically I've always used a codec to bring audio in/out of the system. The micro I'm looking at using has an onboard ADC and a PWM. It would be very exciting if the PWM could be used for the DAC functionality.

| power supply from battery and car outlet | 30 Sep 2005 11:37 GMT | 3 |
I am working on a GPS data logger working on 3.3V I'm pretty much done with all the digital design but one thing is still missing and I'm not familiar enough with analog electronics to do it. I would like the device to be able to get power supply from both 3-4 AA

| Back again with some questions...(long - yep, you know it) | 29 Sep 2005 23:08 GMT | 8 |
Induction heater project. It's looking like I need maybe 4 x 50A 600V highspeed IGBTs, or a 100A single phase module. If someone has some low-cost suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them. I still haven't produced the formulas for peak current in terms of supply

| Noise in CMOS image sensor | 29 Sep 2005 21:31 GMT | 7 |
Hello, I would like to know how to estimate the noise on cmos image sensors. We have a custom cmos image sensor designed/ manufactured by a company and we have designed a proto board for hosting the cmos image sensor with A/D converter, clock, power supply etc which is interfaced

| RF downconverting | 29 Sep 2005 21:16 GMT | 28 |
I am not an RF engineer (limited knowledge - amateur radio days). I would like to shift a signal (its a doppler return signal) from the 0 Hz - 160 MHz band to something lower in value so that I can reduce my sampling rate. If the frequencies of interest were lets say

| SPICE syntax and grammer | 29 Sep 2005 16:38 GMT | 5 |
Hi, does anyone know where I can get a formal Backus-Naur style syntax and/or grammar definition for any of the various SPICEs out there? Specifically, hspice, pspice, or berkeley spice. What is the difference from a grammar/syntax perspective?

| Dimming 12V dichroics | 29 Sep 2005 15:13 GMT | 6 |
Hello everyone, I'd like your thoughts please. I'm going to design a garden lighting system that will control a number of 12V AC GU5.3 dichroic lamps. I want to fade up/down a number of these lamps and I'm trying to think of the best way to do it. At
