UHF receiver with IF monitor point01 Aug 2005 00:18 GMT7
Does anyone know of a UHF (400 MHz-ish) receiver that has an external IF
monitor connector? Something that can be plugged into a spectrum analyzer or
ADC. I guess what I'm looking for is access to the IF (10.7 MHz or 455 kHz)
without having to take a radio apart.
simplest possible voltage doubler?31 Jul 2005 23:13 GMT40
Hi - I need to take a signal coming from a 3K potentiometer that ranges
from 0.44-1.77V and double it (so I'd have an output of 0.88-3.54V). That
output will be then fed into an ADC. I have available on the board a very
stable 5V supply, and a less clean 6V supply. The ADC is 10b ...
Headphones out to line out31 Jul 2005 20:00 GMT45
My mp3 player only has a headphone jack. I suppose that is a current
signal? When I hook it up to the amplifier it sounds fuzzy. I guess it's
because it should be a voltage signal?
Is there a way to transform headphones to line out without turning the
Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life: no one can come to the Father(God)(in Heaven), but by me." (John 14:6) This means that if you die without trusting in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour you will die in your sins and be forever separated from the love of God in a place called Hell. The Holy Bible descibes Hell as a place of eternal torment, suffering, pain and agony for all those who have rejected Jesus Christ. The good news is that you can be sure you are going to Heaven when this life is over if you allow Jesus Christ to save you today. Do not wait until later to be saved because you do not know exactly when you will die. [ Posted by: RonaldGrossi3844@yahoo.com on May 14, 2005 ] [ 1:45:33 pm ]31 Jul 2005 14:04 GMT21

4-6 LED Color Changing Platform31 Jul 2005 13:14 GMT8
I'm looking for a simple circuit that changes color just like those
platforms that you see laser crystals displayed on. If anybody knows a
good link or has there own cicuit I would greatly appretiate it.
VFDs, Noise, and RS-48531 Jul 2005 12:10 GMT25
I have a setup that consists of a variable frequency drive (VFD) and a PC.
The two talk to each other using RS-485. (The VFD output is 3-phase, with a
high frequency square wave riding on a 100 Hz sinusoid carrier wave.)
I'm running into some major VFD noise problems, and I don't ...
FA: ComSonics Sniffer II RF leakage detector & probe31 Jul 2005 08:33 GMT2

This is a Comsonics Sniffer II RF leakage detector. It can be used to
inspect the integrity of shielding, waveguide, etc. I assume it will
sniff out bugs as well. It comes with the antenna/probe, and a 9 volt

would this be the proper circuit to optically source current to a heavy
load?
Thanks

I am having trouble drawing up a state diagram or state table for a
sequential circuit for something I am designing.

how to take 0.5-1.8V signal and change it to 0-4.096V signal. Op-amp difference amplifier maybe?30 Jul 2005 19:56 GMT13
Hi - I have a signal that ranges from approximately 0.5-1.8V. I want to
convert that into a 0-4.096V signal so that I can feed it into an ADC. So
essentially what I want is an op-amp difference amplifier - but there is a
slight problem. I need to have three of these circuits on ...
Toaster Oven dimmer ?30 Jul 2005 16:00 GMT18
To try to approximate the temperature profile of a reflow oven, I'd like
to make a computer controlled dimmer for a toaster oven.
Does any one here as a schema / base where I can start from for the
Hipower part (digital and pc interface is ok). I found some dimmer
NS's LMC6482AIM seems no good then TI's OPA234330 Jul 2005 05:25 GMT2
On THD test, it seems NS's LMC6482AIM seems no good then TI's
OPA2343.
We found the THD+N is quite high on NS's LMC6482AIM.
Could you please advice?
VHF Remote Radio Questions30 Jul 2005 04:56 GMT2
Howdy all,
I want to move a base station of a mobile radio system to a remote
location where I hope to get better coverage, but I want to keep the
mic and channel control in the present location.  I have access to
unlock car door over cell phone30 Jul 2005 04:44 GMT31
My friend sent his wife out to her Dodge Durango and had her point her
cell phone at the door while he put the door opener near his other cell
phone.  He said he can lock & unlock the door over the pair of cell
phones.
