| WTB: two OPT's for p-p EL84's | 31 May 2005 19:58 GMT | 7 |
I am looking for two new or used high quality OPT's for push-pull EL84's (6BQ5's) for a pair of 10 -15 watt monoblocs I am planning to build (the "Mullard 5-10" circuit.) 8,000 ohms plate to plate, UL type preferred (43% screen taps), but others considered.

| MOEPED #3: Christmas Light pics | 31 May 2005 18:16 GMT | 5 |
Well, we've been busy settling into our new digs, but I managed to recover a movie we shot the first of the year, and a picture showing the massive generator mounted to the MOEPED #3, the chain drive and chain ring, the inverter (which is barely visible), and the 24 watts of

| Help with a battery pack design | 31 May 2005 18:12 GMT | 28 |
Ok so I have a wireless device the plugs into the wall with no option to make it completely wireless (darn..guess I have to do it). What I know is that the power supply outputs is DC 5V/2.5A, switching type. Also the tech specs say "Power Communication 4.5W (900mA x 5v)"

| constant voltage to single pulse | 31 May 2005 17:18 GMT | 4 |
Here is my situation: I have this rather cheap car alarm system which I am looking to install, basically just for the keyless entry. It has a two wire output for the "keyless entry module" - the two wires produces 12v when disarmed, and reverses polarity when the alarm is armed.

| Looking for J-cell battery contacts | 31 May 2005 11:34 GMT | 1 |
I am designing a circuit to be powered by a J-cell (the 6V batteries once popular with cameras, now used in medical devices - like this: http://tinyurl.com/8ayw5 ). The cell will lay flat against a PCB, so I need some kind of PCB-mounted spring contacts for the J-cell. I am

| Designing HV transformers. | 30 May 2005 22:48 GMT | 53 |
In the past I succesfully built HV transformers for a 2KV voltage sourse. I drive the primary with a 20KHz sinwave. I used to use UU cores like those in flyback transformers. But now I am having great difficulty getting those type of cores - a MAJOR stockist of Ferroxcube
