IDE gender changer31 May 2008 12:42 GMT3
Is there such a thing as a 40 pin IDC gender changer (changing a male
IDE connector to a female IDE connector)?
I've been searching the web, but nothing's turned up.
I was hoping to avoid making a cable for this.

3-pin MOSFET that can pass 150 mA24 May 2008 01:00 GMT4
I'm looking for a 3-pin MOSFET transistor that can pass 150 mA. It
doesn't matter whether it's NMOS or PMOS, either will do the trick.
Is there any sort of "bread and butter" device that everyone uses?
I'll be using a microcontroller pin to turn the transistor off and on,
Keithley 616 component ID23 May 2008 05:05 GMT6
Trying to repair a Keithley 616 with a bad ranging board. It needs two
parts.  One is a dual channel J-FET and is marked ITS30092; the other is
an op-amp with the markings ITS6214. Does anyone know of a cross, or even
who the manufacturer is? (Must be before my time...)

The LCD on our landline phones has become illegible. Is there a way to
restore the LCD, or do we just go get new phones?
Thanks.

I've bought 10 pcs of "82C55" through mail, and received D82C55AC-2.
The problem is that the output high voltage of any pin is not 5V, but
3.8V.
Nothing is connected to the port pins, VCC is 4.85V.
