Is there really any difference between MC33063A and MC34063A?29 Feb 2008 06:09 GMT7
As far as I can see from the OnSemi datasheet, the MC33063ADR2G and
MC34063ADR2G are totally identical except for the specified

Does anyone know of any physical difference between them, such as

I have a appliction that needs something like a 2n2907 pnp but could use a
lower VBE on than the 2907.  Anyonw know of a transistor that has low VBE
when collector currents in the 500mA range (saturated)?
