In the past I've used both individual transistors (bipolar) and
devices like the ULN2803 to allow uC outputs drive loads in the tens
to hundreds of mA.  Being mostly a software person I haven't kept up
to date with what's available now for such uses, so I thought I'd get

I need one to repair my preamp, I can't get one anywhere unless I have 3000!
NEC3SK299 is a drop in replacement I think.
Anybody help?

This afternoon, at the lab, I removed a ferric chloride stain from the
workbench with a paste of citric acid and water (given 2 hours to work).
Reading up on the chemistry, I see indications that a mixture of citric and

Brief question: Are the BFS17 and the old BFW92 the same or nearly the
same die? Many Spice models for the BFS17 use BFW92 parameters (for
example NXP).
