Schottky seems to have much lower values of forward voltage drop and breakdown voltage then fast recovery diode. What is their difference other then this? I'm confused with which one I should choose as bootstrap diode for a MOSFET bridge driver. Thanks for helping.

So far, as I know, this TO220-22 with a symbol and 080 00005 1183 692 has quadri- open collector drivers to 4 external solenoids. This chip is used on a transmission control module dated 1988/4 for BMW vehicle, as image below.

I thought this would be a good place to start before I resorted to ebaying them. I have 41 (yes forty one) LM3909s. They are no longer produced as I'm sure most of you know. They make for a wonderful yet simple flasher circuit. I no longer have any use for them.
