These look like Motorola power transistors, but I'm not having any luck
finding information on them.

I got a APC Smart-UPS 700 that somebody was throwing out.  Works, only
it had bad batteries.  The question:  what output does it have --

We are using FQU30N06L for a brushless control board, the MOSFETs marked F37
work fine as they have to do at 5 VDC, others  marked G21 do not work
because they start to turn on at 35 VDC. Someone had the same problem?
