I am basically looking for a way to detect a small current that was
intended to turn on a piezoelectric buzzer and if it senses a current
there, to close a circuit on the same board.
You know...no matter how novel or noble my ideas are...they always

Does anyone knows a component, simple and not expensive for generating
the ringing voltage for a telephone? Something that would, with a few
external components raise the voltage from around 5V or 12V to the
ringing voltage of a telephone?

These seem a little more tricky to come across than I expected. If
anyone here has or knows where I could get some STV5730A (or similar)
please let me know!

i'm tring to take a composite video signal say from a dvd player and
turn it into a rgb datastream or something this flat panel tft i have
can use to reproduce.
the panel has a 31 pin connector on the back of it and 16 of those pins

I am proposing that we put some of our electronics knowledge to some
practical uses.
For example; making simple fuel cut defenders, logic probes, boost
controllers etc.

Ok guys, normally I'd do this discrete and maybe I will again if there
