Anyone know of an online source of data fot this elderly Infineon chip. My Googling has only turned up the usual hoardes of shysters trying to flog off truckloads, but no data or pinout. It's in an ancient Sennheiser impedance meter.

| Failed NiMh cell pull back | 26 Aug 2005 10:39 GMT | 4 |
After about 8 years using dozens of NiMh cells I have now had a single failure of one of the early AA cells where normal charging wouldnt pull it back. I did the old capacitor discharge trick we used to use on NiCd cells and that worked immediately. (32,000uF I tried set @12v)

| Jellybean barcode driver part? | 25 Aug 2005 23:09 GMT | 7 |
Is there such a thing as a jellybean 74- or 4000-series part that takes a binary or BCD input and drives a bar graph LED from it? I need to drive an 8-LED bar graph from a 4-bit data source with the minimum of components, and right now the simplest option appears to be

| 3-axis 2G MEMS accelerometers - trade for other MEMS/pressure sensors | 25 Aug 2005 01:38 GMT | 4 |
I have been given 21 new sample pieces of Kionix KXM52-L20 3-axis 2G accelerometers. The datasheet for these is at http://www.kionix.com/Product%20Sheets/KXM52%20Series.pdf. These devices are in DFN, which is a very inconvenient package for me.

| Capacity of Duracell AA cell versus NiMH | 23 Aug 2005 09:13 GMT | 33 |
How does the capacity of a Duracell-brand AA cell (Duracell ordinary or Duracell ultra) compare to one of the high-capacity NiMH cells (eg 2100 mAh)? I am assuming, of course, that any applicance using the cells would

| FIIN XREF and .MIL Secrets | 21 Aug 2005 19:30 GMT | 3 |
Is there a crossref between the Federal Inventory Number and parts such as semiconductors? Maybe I should say, I figure that there such a thing, but is it available to the public, and not just gummint? I haven't done any searches for such a xref, mainly because it's probably
