I have a PIR motion detector designed to sense if someone is walking
towards my house.

I acquired a couple dozen Micro-Ohm 400 ohm, 0.1% resistors, and some
other values.  They've probably been around a decade or more, and/or may
have been culled.  In any case, I would like to check them to make sure
they're within tolerance.  I thought about doing this a couple ways:

A friend of mine has a Phillips DVD / surround system that he bought for
cheap somewhere.  It has an FM tuner in it, and the FM antenna input is
labeled 75 ohms, but the connector is not the standard 75 ohm coaxial "F"
