I have a question about the fab process of ICs but really about some
of the terminology.
When I read an article in a EE trade journal and it says a 90nm
process what does that exactly mean? I know about Moore's law and how

Anybody have any idea what the upper frequency limit is on a 2N2222?
Datasheet lists "typical freq (min)" as 200 MHz, but that's all.  Any help
is appreciated...

They are new, in the box but I think they are over 20 years old. Can anyone
