Which component is this....my data monitor shut down, and a
electrolytic-capacitor and the transistor? mentioned above blew.....Can
anybody tell me what kind of transistor this is, and whether there are an
ekvivalent to it?

I am looking to make up some custom Cisco cables. I an planning to put my
cisco serial links over Cat5 cabiing. I have the pinouts for what I want.
But I cannot seem to find a source of the 60 way connectors.
Tried a search in RS, Maplin, CPC (Farnell) with no joy.

I'm trying to identify a fuse.  It's a 5x20mm ceramic cartridge-style body.
The manufacturer logo is a square with an 'S' inside it.  The rest of the
markings are T 3.15AH 250V.  So, it's a 3.15A 250V fuse; but is it slow-blow
or fast-blow, low- or high-current interrupt?  It's from ...

I would like to ask you for a few information about HC11, esspecially about
SWI instruction. I've got a simple program and I have to trace all
instruction with SWI. (I have to modify a SWI exept service).

I purchased a small quantity of Mitsubishi MH32S64TR3N-8  '256k CACHE
PIPELINE BURST' modules and they have 3 ICs on them: A couple
M5M5V1132GP and one M5M5278DJ.
Does anyone have any info on either the module or the chips on it?
