Which component is this....my data monitor shut down, and a
electrolytic-capacitor and the transistor? mentioned above blew.....Can

I'm trying to identify a fuse.  It's a 5x20mm ceramic cartridge-style body.
The manufacturer logo is a square with an 'S' inside it.  The rest of the
markings are T 3.15AH 250V.  So, it's a 3.15A 250V fuse; but is it slow-blow
or fast-blow, low- or high-current interrupt?  It's from ...

I purchased a small quantity of Mitsubishi MH32S64TR3N-8  '256k CACHE
PIPELINE BURST' modules and they have 3 ICs on them: A couple
M5M5V1132GP and one M5M5278DJ.
Does anyone have any info on either the module or the chips on it?
