| PUT (programmable unijunction transistor) | 31 Dec 2003 00:07 GMT | 8 |
I've been experimenting with a relaxation oscillator using an NTE6402 (basic PUT). I've been searching the net looking for information to predict the oscillation time but the datasheets I have found are meant for professionals. I (a hobbiest) need some information detailing the

| Paralleling LMD18200T | 30 Dec 2003 20:11 GMT | 2 |
I have been using the National's LMD18200Ts for about a year for motors requiring low currents (<2A). Now I need to use these for motors pulling something like 6A. There is one post somewhere mentioning that this IC can be paralleled. But does anyone have

| do high current (5-10A) relays with 5V coils even exist? | 30 Dec 2003 07:07 GMT | 9 |
Hi - I've been looking through the mouser catalog (though I could order through other companies as well if needs be) and I simply have not been able to find a DPDT relay with a coil voltage of 5V that can handle 5-10 amps. Is this a hopeless search? And relay contacts are only ...

40-pin DIP, standard through-hole package from early 90's on printer logic board. What EEPROMs is it likely to be like? Numbers on it are strictly printer mfr-specific, no generic numbers that I can see.
