PUT (programmable unijunction transistor)31 Dec 2003 00:07 GMT8
I've been experimenting with a relaxation oscillator using an NTE6402
(basic PUT). I've been searching the net looking for information to
predict the oscillation time but the datasheets I have found are meant
for professionals. I (a hobbiest) need some information detailing the
Paralleling LMD18200T30 Dec 2003 20:11 GMT2
I have been using the National's LMD18200Ts for about a year for
motors requiring low currents (<2A). Now I need to use these for
motors pulling something like 6A. There is one post somewhere
mentioning that this IC can be paralleled. But does anyone have
Panasonic KX-TG2500S30 Dec 2003 20:05 GMT1
I have this phone, but a special kind of diode is broken... it is Z607.  I
think is a rectifier.  I want to replace it, but I cannot find its
datasheet.  Does someone has any idea of what is it and what can i use to
replace it ?
germanium power rectifier diodes30 Dec 2003 17:15 GMT3
Hi,
I am curious about germanium power rectifier diodes. How do they compare
with silicon P-N types, how with silicon Schottky ones? Why did they
Transistors?30 Dec 2003 10:00 GMT4
Yeah, righ..  Looks like their uncle didn't teach 'em anything about
components before he kicked the bucket.  Too bad.  Might have been a lot
better off when selling stuff on Ebay.  :-P

do high current (5-10A) relays with 5V coils even exist?30 Dec 2003 07:07 GMT9
Hi - I've been looking through the mouser catalog (though I could order
through other companies as well if needs be) and I simply have not been
able to find a DPDT relay with a coil voltage of 5V that can handle 5-10
amps. Is this a hopeless search? And relay contacts are only ...
Motorized Faders29 Dec 2003 23:14 GMT1
Would anyone know where I can buy motorized faders?
The one used in digital mixers?
Thanks in advance,

Which Pins Are The Filament On The Picture Tube - Please Help29 Dec 2003 21:07 GMT5
I have this broken computer monitor.  It's was a nice monitor when it
worked.  The filament doesn't glow in the back of the picture tube
anymore.  If the problem is no heater voltage getting to the picture
tube the thing is worth fixing.  If the filament is broken inside it's
2SZ968B and 2SC2388 wanted!29 Dec 2003 01:24 GMT3
In order to fix up my old (but beloved) power amp, I need two pieces each of
2SA968B and 2SC2388. I tried the Wes Component, RS Component and Fernell,
but had no luck, they stopped stocking them for awhile. Does anyone know
where I can get them? I would greatly appreciate your help.
Need help on id components28 Dec 2003 22:43 GMT2
I'm rebuilding a circuit and need help to identify some components.
My electrical skills is very basic so please keep it simple :)
Please follow the links to view a picture of the components

Ic Datasheet28 Dec 2003 22:09 GMT5
I have an IC that labeled with:
This component has been used in a amplifier circuit and I need datasheet of it.
Anyone how give any suggestion, I will be very thankful.
I require it very emergency.
ROM identification and duplication?28 Dec 2003 21:54 GMT25
40-pin DIP, standard through-hole package from early 90's on printer logic
board. What EEPROMs is it likely to be like?
Numbers on it are strictly printer mfr-specific, no generic numbers that I
can see.
Looking for ITT SAJ 11028 Dec 2003 17:28 GMT1
Hello world,
I search an ITT SAJ110 who come from an old organ ('60) or any kind of

inexpensive tension sensor (load cell)?28 Dec 2003 13:47 GMT9
I need to sense the change in tension on a couple of bungee
cords.  This seems basic - just put a load cell between each
cord and my device (a wheelchair).
I've never used a load cell though, and the ones I'm finding
