GhostScript/GhostView ??28 Sep 2007 23:27 GMT132
Anyone using GhostScript/GhostView?
It's been awhile since I've used it.
I can't remember the way to crop a PostScript image.
I have a schematic that is like 5 transistors in the middle of the
Anybody tried Advanced Circuit's "PCB Artist"?27 Sep 2007 08:20 GMT23
Just curious... we have boards done at Advanced Circuits every now and again,
and I'm noticing they now have their own free schematic capture/layout
software -- presumably to compete with ExpressPCB.  Their angle is that *after
you buy your initial prototypes from Advanced ...
SMT PCB Size Estimate27 Sep 2007 00:47 GMT2
I would like to estimate the size of a PCB with maybe 200 SMT components
on each side and 50 thru hole components on one side, some custom. Too lazy
to make up a spreadsheet and search for all the common sizes. Is there
downloadable software that will ease this task?
which version of pspice matches book"spice a guide to circuit simulation and analysis"?13 Sep 2007 18:48 GMT3
I have been told "spice a guide to circuit simulation and analysis
using pspice" is a classic book for learning pspice,
but when I read the book, I found it is almost impossible to implement
the book example in my ORCAD 9.2, I am really wanting to read through

Please pardon if the subject is OT.  The free email account site
"techemail.com" is being used by spammers -- probably was set up by
spammers -- to deliver mass emails, and the site's administrator is
unresponsive (is probably complicit).  The site has no
PSpice guide book?07 Sep 2007 22:24 GMT8
Is there a good PSpice guide book? I want to learn how to simulate
use Pspice, can anyone give me some suggestions?
 Thanks
Hspice Vs. Spectre which is better ?05 Sep 2007 18:44 GMT2
I am trying to reach to a conclusion on the subject line before I
finalise one of them for my new project.
I have been a rigorous Hspice user so far and used Spectre now and
then. Both the simulators come with their advantages and
