I have an old Microsin 8.0 that uses a parallel port dongle. It does not recognize the dongle in a XP PCI parallel port. Also tried a USB to parallel adapter to no avail. Is there any chance Microsim will work on a XP? Any suggestions appreciated

I'm having problems with PSpice Demo 10.0 under Vista. When I tried to install PSpice into Vista, it didn't want to install because it recognized that I wasn't using NT, 2000, or XP. So I used the Compatibility Wizard and installed it as Windows XP.

A magnetometer part I'd like to use - the Honeywell HMC1051Z - is only available in a 8-pin 50 mil pitch SIP package that I've never seen before. The datasheet is available at http://www.ssec.honeywell.com/magnetic/datasheets/hmc1052.pdf . The pins are too large for me to fit into ...
