I happened to come across an electronic copy of Microsim's old (1997!)
application book... its available for download at
http://www.it.uom.gr/project/digital/appnts.pdf, and much of what's in it is
applicable to any SPICE-type simulator.  It's really quite good...

In the PCB package, I can't execute edit/select/holesize to select various
hole sizes so I can globally change them - i.e. 28 thou vias to 32thou vias.
I can do this on my win 98 machine.
