Combone PCB files30 Apr 2005 18:20 GMT1
I have 2 PADS PCB files of differrent design and want to combine them
into one so that I can save money in prototype design stage. Could I do
that?
Thanks!
Drill sizes29 Apr 2005 05:21 GMT2
Where can i find a table of standard drill sizes used in the UK
Parametric sweep of model implementation28 Apr 2005 17:16 GMT2
I´m using PSpice Capture 10.3
One of my simulations on a SMPS I´m using a BJT as a switch transistor
I would like to do a parametric sweep on the circuit with two
different BJTs models (lets say the transistors are BC547 and 2N2222)
autotrax print drivers28 Apr 2005 13:46 GMT1
Has anyone ever seen any software that allows autotrax to make use of
windows print drivers? or is that sort of thing even possible?

PCB holes overlapping28 Apr 2005 06:45 GMT10
Is this generally acceptable? I want to overlap two of 0.136" holes by
about 0.024" in several places. They are plated with no electrical
function.
Thanks!
Electronic Circuit Drawing for High School Project27 Apr 2005 22:48 GMT10
Hello,
I want ask you a question that certainly has already been asked a thousand
times. Even so, I didn't find a satisfying answer by googling.
My question is: How can I draw high quality electronic circuit schematics ?
Protel 99 SE SP6 general question(s).27 Apr 2005 09:40 GMT6
I'm going to give Protel 99SE SP6 a try. Will be using it for design of
audio pcb's. A couple of years ago I have worked with Eagle which was very
basic and easy to work with.
What should I keep in mind when working with Protel regarding component
Protel or ORcad?27 Apr 2005 04:34 GMT27
What software is better, Protel or ORcad?
Thanks.
[LTSPICE] Too many Teravolts!26 Apr 2005 19:43 GMT6
Notice how this circuit causes some major voltage spikes to gazillions
of TV.  When the alternate solver is used, no problem.
Also notice that if the entire right half of the circuit containing all
the op-amps is deleted (it is presently not doing anything useful, so
Orcad Hierarchical Block Design26 Apr 2005 17:46 GMT1
i have a problem about hierarchical block design in orcad. In a
circuit i should introduce a black box:in this moment i don't know
what is inside this black box but i know which pins are used, so i
decided to use the hierarchical design.I want to work in layout

Simulating dBuV for FCC compliance22 Apr 2005 04:29 GMT2
I'm trying to design a switch mode power supply of about 1200W. And I'd like
to simulate the noise I should expect to get from this circuit. So I want to
use OrCad Probe to plot out the spectrum in dBuV and compare it with the
requirements of FCC.
SuperSchematics20 Apr 2005 20:43 GMT1
I am evaluating SuperSpice simulator.  Looks good; although I am more
interested in it's schematic capture.
I  currently use industrial strenght spice simulators (along with Cadence
ADE/artist), therefore I have no need for  it's spice engine.
