There are wide value of lighting capacitor, range from 4 uf to 50 uf.
but I am not sure which value to pick for my 40 W fluorescent light

How the heck do you determine the first pin when there is no notch or any
special char or anything at all except a line and text?  Does the line on
the side indicate the top? On the datasheet it shows the normal dot where

I have chosen that project for my college. I will use a potentiometer
to vary the resistance and that resistance will vary the gain for the
motor, hence, we will change the speed of the motor by using a
