Sending non-CE marked device to Europe12 Aug 2007 04:36 GMT7
What are the ramifications for sending a non-CE marked device to
Europe? The device clearly carries no CE mark.
In general, whose problem is it, me, or the person who receives the
item from me?
opamp attenuate signal theory question12 Aug 2007 04:26 GMT3
i am trying to make an oscillator that I can plug into a guitar amp
(or keyboard or bass amp).  i made an oscillator, but the amplitude of
the signal is way too big, 9 volts, i was wondering how i could bring
this signal down to the millivolts level (i think that's typical for
Coils12 Aug 2007 02:57 GMT3
I a bit new to electronics, about 1.
Now I'm learning about coils, and have a few questions.
I have some coils and I know their Henry rating, I've found a lot of
information on coils.
Operational amplifier11 Aug 2007 21:29 GMT5
I'm getting started with the study of operational amplifier. Fist of all,
do you know any site which could explain clearly this matter? Could you
write some link?
In particular, I can't understand the reason why a saturation occurs when
% Charged--Two Readings: Why the Difference?11 Aug 2007 10:56 GMT7
I have a Xantera 600HD Power Pack and decided to try it out for a situation
I might want to use it in. I wanted to see how long I could run a VCR and
Epson S3 computer projector. I put in a tape 30 minute long and ran the two
devices for 20 minutes. At the end of that time, I ...
Do you want to know about ISLAM11 Aug 2007 10:33 GMT8

Microcontroller starter kit11 Aug 2007 00:43 GMT5
I'm currently studying mechanical engineering, but I want to focus
more on the robotics side of things.  I'm looking into different
microcontroller starter kits and I was wondering if anyone had any
recormendations.
offset error adjustment circuit10 Aug 2007 18:15 GMT8
The system I'm studying has
integrator made of op amp(PA85),and  they made additional
circuit for offset error adjustment with OPA277.
However,I've never seen the mechanism behind the circuit before.
multi spark piezo?10 Aug 2007 17:21 GMT2
I am building a gas mixer for gopher control.  The mechanics of the gas side
have been taken care of with double flashback arrestors in each line ($100
per line) and premium Whitey 90 degree valves.
What I need is a piezo igniter, but one that gives more than one spark.  I
Simple line mixer designs10 Aug 2007 15:44 GMT9
I have very basic knowledge in electronics.
I am currently looking to build myself a passive simple line mixer. This
is why I read carefully the two pages from Tomi Engdhal at
http://www.tkk.fi/Misc/Electronics/circuits/linesum.html and
Track depth of discharge by coulombs?10 Aug 2007 09:50 GMT8
Can I model a 100% charged lead acid battery as a store of X coulombs
and use a microcontroller to integrate the current out through a shunt
or hall sensor to keep track of depth of discharge? Or is there some
other tricky factors to consider?
ground loop10 Aug 2007 06:59 GMT5
I'm trying to understand a system with rf circuit.
I found that there is a concept called "groundloop"
I searched it at the Wikipedia, but I don't think I now know it.
How can I explain the concept?
Input offset current drift vs. temperature10 Aug 2007 06:44 GMT4
Does anyone know if the input offset current of an op-amp drifts with
temperature? Or will it stay within the +/- rating of the datasheet
spec while the input bias current drifts vs. temperature?  I think
JEFT and MOSFET bias currents from gate leakage double every 10°C?

I DESTROYED MY TELEVISION SET10 Aug 2007 00:27 GMT2
I GOT CABLE ONE DAY AND I WAS TRYING TO FIND SOMETHING TO WATCH AND I
WATCHED MTV FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS THEN I GOT A BOWLING BALL AND THREW IT
THROUGH THE SCREEN AND TOOK THE BOWLING BALL AND BROKE THE CIRCUIT
BOARD AND BROKE THE CABINET. I CALLED MY CABLE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM
