Google is your friend - search on "digital clock kit" and you get a ton of good results. You're not
likely to find a kit that contains "everything but the LEDs", but you could always buy a complete
kit and substute the LEDs you already have.
If you'd rather start from scratch, Google "homemade LED clock". Fewer results, but still a lot to
work with.
