can anyone tell me where can i get an online tutorial teaching the
spice modelling syntax or all about modeling using spice? I'm looking
for a reference now.

Do a search for spice tutorial. There are many tutorials out there,
usually on university sites. Some go beyond ho-hum spice and show you
some nice tricks.
