V1 1 0 SIN(0 .006 1E3 0 0 30)
V2 2 1 SIN(0 .012 2E3 0 0 90)

V(3,0) is the sum.
You *may* need a resistor:
R 3 0 1E9
otherwise you may get a floating node error.
(And I assume you meant there to be "2*pi*f*t" in your "That is"
equation rather than "f*t"?)
