free version of eagle. if somebody has the serial no of the eagl
4.13 please send me

You can get the licence key easily from here:

http://www.cadsoft.de/

Check out the list of dealers for your your local dealer. The non-profit
version might be good for you.

If you don't want to pay then you have to look for another program. Use
the Google archives to find out good open source or freeware alternatives.

BTW, please don't support piracy as soon we won't have a free version of
Eagle around.
