Does anyone know of a site where I can download free Multisim
component models?  Specifically, I need the model for a 1 Farad
regular capacitor and a 500 mF regular capacitor.  Thanks in advance
for all replies!

Ho humm...These models are trivially simple. For the 1F cap, put a
resister in series with a standard cap and your done. This might be
relatively large if its a super cap. What value of resistance? What does
the manufacture say is in internal resistance of its cap? Ho hummm...

For the 500uf, again use a series resister equal to the esr that the
manufacture specifies for the part. Typically 10mohm-100mohm for
something of that size. You can include a series inductance if you like.
Use 20nh/inch for the length of the leads.
