Dear All,
Need help in identifying a zener diode on a Sharp CX3448  small portable TV.
The diode D731 and the number on the diode is R2M 94.

Regards and thanks a lot.

It's an R2M diode, simple as that. If its shorted you probably have a power
supply problem, as its there only as overvoltage protection on the B+.

An R2M is a 130V transient suppressor diode. WES Components (Ashfield)
have an equivalent (R2KY) for $1.85.
