Phillips 21CW4775 TV  Chassis

I have a Phillips 21CW4775 TV which has lost picture (on-screen display
is OK).  Can anyone suggest which components are the most likely
suspects ?.  More importantly, is there somewhere I can access a
schematic for this chassis ?

will have a service manual.   02-6452-5322  in cooma. nsw.
